Adjusting the grind

1. Remove the top nut, handle, and round piece beneath the handle.
2. Turn the gear-shaped piece along the threaded rod to move the two ceramic grinder pieces closer together or farther apart.
3. Turn clockwise for a finer grind or counterclockwise for a coarser grind.

Care

To clean the grinder, grind a small amount of uncooked white rice through it.
